Moonlight Becomes You: Jimmy Van Heusen Moonlight Becomes You: Jimmy Van Heusen
Anything Goes (Widescreen) Featuring an ocean of tunes by Cole Porter, Jimmy Van Heusen and Sammy Cahn, Bing Crosby's prolific 23 years at Paramount wrapped up with this dazzling musical comedy co-starring Donald O'Connor, Mitzi Gaynor, Jeanmaire and Phil Harris. Crosby and O'Connor are two Broadway luminaries who, while aboard an ocean liner on a transatlantic voyage, happen to be on the lookout for a talented leading lady to star in their new stage show. A graceful French dancer (Jeanmaire) catches Crosby's eye - and seems to be the perfect choice. Simultaneously, however, O'Connor becomes smitten with an American entertainer (Gaynor), and offers her the role. What will happen when two lovely ladies show up for one promised part? The end result is high-seas high jinks - accompanied by such memorable songs as "All Through The Night," "You're The Top," "I Get A Kick Out Of You," "It's De-Lovely" and the popular title tune.
